Tsai Tsung Lung

Tsai is an Associate Professor in the Department of Communications at the National Chung Cheng University and works as an independent documentary producer and director.
He is known for his award-winning works, including Killing in Formosa, Behind the Miracle, My Imported Wife, Oil Disease: Surviving Evil and Sunflower Occupation
