Tripurdaman Singh's project starts from the assumption that many of the debates about the nature of India’s constitution actually happened beyond the confines of the Constituent Assembly. It thus seeks to explore constitutional experiments and arrangements in pre-independent India’s princely states as well as conversations about the constitutional future of India between key political figures.
