The Presentation

This talk presents a place-based and localised analysis of 'Riverine Rights' in India. It draws upon changing legal jurisprudence that actively recognises and advocates 'nature's rights' as a governing principle for environmental challenge. By weaving the global flow of ideas into local contexts, this talk reveals the various complexities involved in implementing and adapting to this change.
